Current projects include 1600 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, a 100,000 square foot, class "A" office building
in Sunrise and The Shoppes at SilverIsles, a 30,000 square foot retail center located in Miramar.

Under Development:
GL Commercial is developing Fountain Square, an 80,000 square foot mixed-use (office and retail) project located on Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines. The estimated completion timeframe for this center is Summer
of '08. Canyon Town Center, located on Boynton Beach Boulevard in Boynton Beach, is a 200,000 square foot Publix-anchored shopping center. The Canyon Town Center is expected to be completed in late 08', early '09.

Future:
Through it's affiliate GL Homes, GL Commercial's portfolio of land holdings provides for future large-scale
commercial development opportunities in Hillsboro, St. Lucie, Palm Beach and Lee Counties.
